A truth revealed, toddler-style
I told Scott this anecdote just the other day:
One afternoon last week, sixteen-month-old Lukey was toddling around the living room picking up toys. He came across the baby Jesus figure from the Little People Nativity Set and promptly stuck it into his mouth.
“Come on, Lukey,” I admonished him, in mild exasperation. “We don’t do that. We don’t eat Jesus.”

Hi. introducing myself. I found you a couple weeks back as part of research I was doing, looking for a good book on Mary. and I ordered your book, which came on Friday I think. I’m devouring it, loving every paragraph, but I’m a slow reader anyway, and I’m finding myself reading a para or two, and then meditating on it. really, it’s amazing. thank you for your book. It’s just fabulous, and bringing me closer to our Blessed Mother with each page.

Thank you! Oh my gosh, what a great message to get on a tired and tiring old Monday. You have made my day. I’m thrilled that you like the book. It was my hope that women could benefit from hearing each other’s experiences of Mary … there is such a power in sharing our stories. I know that my own experience of Mary grew in so many ways through researching and writing the book.
Many blessings to you and your family. Thanks for introducing yourself!
